About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist & Office Executive who can manage front office duties as well as basic executive and administrative work.
This role is ideal for someone who can handle patients/visitors, office coordination, and internal communication efficiently.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and welcome visitors and patients in a professional manner
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Maintain reception area and front desk operations
- Register visitors/patients and update basic records
- Manage walk-ins and waiting area flow
- Office Executive & Administration
- Coordinate with doctors, executives, and internal staff
- Handle basic office administration and documentation
- Maintain files, records, and office data
- Assist in billing, receipts, and basic accounts coordination (if required)
- Handle emails, messages, and internal communication
- Support management with daily office tasks
- Order and manage basic office supplies
- Prepare simple reports and maintain trackers

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, office software)
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk + admin work
