Job Title: Front Office Executive (Hospitality)

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month

🔹 About the Role

Atlas Homestays is looking for a Front Office Executive to handle guest communication and daily front-office operations.

This is a process-driven role with clear message templates and SOPs.

Training will be provided. Prior hotel experience is not mandatory but preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest queries via WhatsApp, calls, Airbnb & Booking.com
• Send booking confirmations, check-in, checkout, and follow-up messages
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures
• Update daily booking and handover reports
• Escalate issues as per SOP (no independent decisions)

🔹 Shift Timings (Rotational)

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• 1 weekly OFF (rotational)
• Strict handover between shifts

🔹 Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• English + Hindi or Telugu (any one required; both preferred)
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp handling
• Polite, calm, and professional attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
