Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage the front desk operations and assist guests with a professional and friendly approach. The candidate will be responsible for handling room inventory, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handling complete room inventory
• Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Handling client queries and providing assistance
• Operating PMS (Property Management System) software
• Managing daily front office and room operations
• Maintaining records and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments

Requirements:

• Only female candidates preferred
• Age criteria: 18 to 28 years
• Basic communication and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn PMS software
• Responsible and professional behavior
