Job Description – Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

Visitor & Guest Management


  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and job aspirants upon arrival at the front office.
  • Record job aspirants’ details accurately in designated application templates.
  • Confirm the purpose of visit, guide them accordingly, and maintain a visitor register.
  • Communication & Coordination

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Coordinate with various departments and teams regarding daily attendance and activities.
  • Support interview drives, employee onboarding, and exit formalities, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Administrative Support

  • Handle candidates’ interview formalities, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
  • Manage employee joining and exit processes, ensuring compliance with HR protocols.
  • Perform data updation in HR systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Collect and compile daily attendance data for reporting and departmental coordination.
  • Facility & Housekeeping Oversight
  • Supervise office housekeeping staff and office assistants to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Ensure upkeep of office premises and monitor housekeeping operations.
  • Vendor & Resource Management
  • Manage vendors for stationery, courier services, and other allied third-party service providers.
  • Arrange refreshments/food for guests, visitors, and job aspirants as required.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative roles.
  • Mandatory prior experience in a corporate or head office environment, with proven ability to handle multi-department coordination and high-volume visitor interactions.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of organizational, fiscal, and personnel-related information.
  • Presentable personality with hands-on experience in computer operations.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and soft skills; ability to multitask effectively in front office and administrative operations.
  • Female candidates may be given preference for this position.
