Job Description
Role Title
Front Office & Operations Manager (Product Coordination)
Location: Hyderabad
About Atlas Homestays
Atlas Homestays is a growing premium serviced apartment brand in Hyderabad, focused on delivering a high-quality guest experience while building an internal technology platform (Atlas PMS) to scale operations.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role combining:
- Front Office Management
- Daily Operations Leadership
- Product Backlog Coordination
- Business & Vendor Coordination
You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for running operations end-to-end while helping build systems for scale.
This is not a desk-only role and involves active guest interaction, on-ground responsibility, and external coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Guest Experience
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and on-ground coordination
- Manage guest communication (calls, WhatsApp, in-person)
- Ensure a premium guest experience and quick issue resolution
Operations Management
- Own daily operations across all units
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors
- Track and update task backlog and daily operations
- Monitor maintenance issues and inventory status
- Ensure SOPs are followed consistently
OTA & Platform Management
- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms
- Coordinate with OTA customer support
- Track bookings, updates, and listing performance
Product Coordination (Atlas PMS)
- Maintain and organize product backlog
- Document operational issues and convert them into product improvements
- Track implementation and follow-ups
Operations Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Help implement SOPs and automation
- Convert repetitive tasks into structured processes
Business & External Coordination
- Coordinate with CA, lawyers, banks, and external vendors when required
- Support documentation, follow-ups, and execution of business-related tasks
- Take ownership of assigned external work end-to-end
Shift Ownership
- Online availability: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (mandatory)
- Physical presence: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (mandatory)
- Coordinate with evening shift and ensure smooth handover
- Take ownership when staff is unavailable
Travel Requirement
- Be available for occasional travel (at least once a quarter) for business-related work such as vendor coordination, documentation, or setup activities
Requirements
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Comfortable with guest-facing/front office responsibilities
- High ownership and accountability mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable handling both operational and external coordination work
- Willingness to travel when required
Experience
- Preferred: 5+ years experience (operations / hospitality / coordination roles)
- Open to: 1–4 years experience if strong ownership mindset
Compensation
₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month (fixed)
