Fundraiser

The Fundraiser – Campaign Field Worker is responsible for engaging directly with the public to raise awareness and generate financial support for the organization’s campaigns. This role involves field-based outreach, donor engagement, relationship building, and representing the organization in a professional and compelling manner.

• Conduct field outreach in assigned areas to promote campaigns and secure donations.
• Approach individuals, businesses, and community groups to communicate the organization’s mission and impact.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing donors.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
• Collect, record, and report donor information accurately.
• Participate in campaign planning, strategy sessions, and training.
• Represent the organization at events, booths, and community activities.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical fundraising standards.
• Provide feedback from field activities to improve campaign strategies.
