AI Quality Assurance Analyst

Fusion AI QA Analyst

1. Validate and test Fusion AI features, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
2. Design, develop, and execute test cases for AI-driven and machine learning–based functionalities.
3. Analyze AI model outputs, identify inconsistencies or anomalies, and document defects.
4. Collaborate with development, product, and data teams to refine AI features and improve quality.
5. Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for AI workflows and intelligent automation.
6. Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues, interpret logs, and provide clear root-cause insights.
7. Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of AI testing practices.

As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.

1. Validate and ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Fusion AI features.
2. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI-driven functionality.
3. Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing on AI workflows.
4. Analyze AI outputs, identify anomalies, and work with engineering teams to refine model behavior.
5. Document defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate closely with developers for timely resolution.
6. Review logs, API responses, and system behaviors to troubleshoot issues effectively.
7. Participate in feature discussions, provide QA insights, and contribute to improving AI testing strategies.
8. Maintain test documentation, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support continuous process improvements.
