General Manager – Real Estate Sales (Commission-Based)

Job Summary:We are hiring a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Real Estate Sales to lead and grow our sales operations. This is a commission-based role with earning potential up to ₹2,00,000 per month, ideal for strong closers and leaders in real estate.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead complete real estate sales operations (residential/commercial)
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build, train, and manage sales managers and sales executives
  • Drive lead generation through marketing campaigns, referrals, and channel partners
  • Handle client negotiations, site visits, and final deal closures
  • Develop strong relationships with brokers, investors, and partners
  • Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Ensure smooth documentation, booking, and customer coordination
  • Submit sales performance and revenue reports to management
  • Requirements & Skills:Strong leadership and real estate sales expertise
  • Proven track record in closing high-value property deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of local real estate market
  • Target-driven mindset with business growth focus
  • Ability to work independently on commission basis
  • Experience: 6months –10 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Experience as Sales Manager / Sales Head / GM preferred
  • Earnings & Compensation:Commission-Based Only
  • Earn up to ₹2,00,000 per month (or more based on performance)
  • High commission per deal + override on team sales
  • No earning cap for top performers
