General Manager – Real Estate Sales (Commission-Based)
Job Summary:We are hiring a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Real Estate Sales to lead and grow our sales operations. This is a commission-based role with earning potential up to ₹2,00,000 per month, ideal for strong closers and leaders in real estate.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead complete real estate sales operations (residential/commercial)
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build, train, and manage sales managers and sales executives
- Drive lead generation through marketing campaigns, referrals, and channel partners
- Handle client negotiations, site visits, and final deal closures
- Develop strong relationships with brokers, investors, and partners
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Ensure smooth documentation, booking, and customer coordination
- Submit sales performance and revenue reports to management
- Requirements & Skills:Strong leadership and real estate sales expertise
- Proven track record in closing high-value property deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of local real estate market
- Target-driven mindset with business growth focus
- Ability to work independently on commission basis
- Experience: 6months –10 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience as Sales Manager / Sales Head / GM preferred
- Earnings & Compensation:Commission-Based Only
- Earn up to ₹2,00,000 per month (or more based on performance)
- High commission per deal + override on team sales
- No earning cap for top performers
