Graduate Engineer Trainee

We are looking for Graduate Engineer Trainee for our ongoing project in Ibrahimpatnam, Hyderabad. It involves managing and coordinating with vendors, contractors and the internal team to ensure all the work gets done within the estimated timelines and the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day project site activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support preparation of drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site teams for smooth execution of work.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Conduct field inspections, material checks, and report any deviations to seniors.
• Assist in preparing daily reports, progress reports, and measurement sheets.
• Support procurement teams by preparing material requisitions and follow-ups when required.
• Contribute to problem-solving activities and process improvements on site.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to site conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety norms (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
