Granite Cum Civil Supervisor

PR Build Tech is hiring experienced Granite & Civil Works Supervisors for a premium high-rise project at Raidurgam, Hyderabad. The role involves supervising granite laying works, ensuring correct levels, quality control, and coordination with site teams to deliver work as per drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise granite laying works (staircases, skirting, balcony coping etc.)

• Ensure proper levels, alignment, slope, and finishing as per drawings

• Check surface preparation, mortar mix, fixing methods, and joint quality

• Coordinate with masons, helpers, vendors, and site engineers

• Monitor daily progress and maintain work schedules

• Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and site discipline

• Identify and rectify level, lippage, and finishing defects

• Report daily progress to Project Manager / Site Engineer

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil works supervision

(Mandatory experience in granite / stone works)

• Strong knowledge of:

• Granite laying techniques

• Level checking (spirit level, water level, laser level preferred)

• High-rise project working conditions

• Ability to read and understand drawings & BOQs

• Good leadership and site coordination skills

• Willingness to work full-time at site
