Position: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: ISKCON Attapur, Hyderabad

Type: Full-Time / On-site

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and dedicated Junior Graphic Designer & Editor to join our ISKCON Attapur Media Team. The candidate will assist in designing visual content, editing videos, and creating high-quality media for social media, campaigns, and outreach activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creativity, devotional media, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media posts, banners, posters, reels, thumbnails, ads, and campaigns.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Documentaries, Event Videos, Annadhan Campaign, Harinam & TSP videos, etc.).
• Capture basic photos & videos when required.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and simple animations.
• Support the senior designer in branding, layouts, and creative concepts.
• Maintain consistency with ISKCON Attapur’s brand guidelines and devotional aesthetics.
• Coordinate with the media team, social media manager, and campaign leads for timely content delivery.
• Manage project files, backups, and media assets.
• Stay updated with design & video trends suitable for devotional content.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent tools).
• Good understanding of design principles (color, composition, typography).
• Basic knowledge of video editing, audio syncing, and color correction.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take feedback positively.
• Knowledge of social media formats (Reels, Shorts, posts, stories).

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or motion graphic tools.
• Understanding of devotional content, temple events, festivals, and ISKCON culture.
• Ability to shoot basic footage with DSLR or mobile.
• Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, or English content styles.

Educational Qualification

• Any degree or diploma related to Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or Mass Media.
• Freshers with good portfolios are welcome.
