Job Description: Buttons & Threads is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our branding, marketing, and visual communication. The designer will be responsible for creating engaging designs for both online and offline promotions, while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing Design

• Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, ads)
• Create promotional banners, posters, and flyers for store campaigns
• Design creatives for sales, festive offers, new launches, and promotions

2. In-Store & Print Design

• Design in-store posters, and window display visuals
• Create garment tags, labels, packaging, and price tags
• Support visual merchandising themes and concepts

3. Digital & Online Assets

• Design website banners, product creatives, and emailers
• Create ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads
• Design UI creatives and layouts using Figma (for website, landing pages, ads, or digital assets)
• Optimize designs for various platforms and formats

4. Brand Identity & Consistency

• Maintain brand colours, fonts, and design guidelines
• Ensure all creatives align with the Buttons & Threads brand identity
• Coordinate with the marketing and store teams for campaign execution

5. Coordination & Revisions

• Work with printing vendors and internal teams
• Make revisions based on feedback within timelines
• Handle multiple design tasks efficiently

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Figma for digital and UI-based designs
• Knowledge of Canva and social media formats
• Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, apparel, or retail industry (preferred)
