Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience in designing engaging visuals for social media, thumbnails, and digital advertisements. The candidate should have strong hands-on skills in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop and possess basic content understanding to independently prepare creatives aligned with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creatives

- Design social media creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Create thumbnails for YouTube videos, reels, and promotional content

- Design ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)

- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives

Content & Collaboration

- Understand basic content requirements and prepare creatives independently

- Coordinate with marketing and content teams for campaign requirements

- Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and conversions

Optimization & Trends

- Stay updated with latest design trends, social media formats, and ad guidelines

- Optimize creatives based on platform-specific sizes and best practices

- Make revisions and enhancements based on performance feedback

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW & Adobe Photoshop

- Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design

- Knowledge of social media creative sizes and formats

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing creatives

Creative & Soft Skills

- Creativity with attention to detail

- Ability to understand content and convert it into visuals

- Time management and ability to meet deadlines

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends
