Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

Create engaging visual content including graphics, logos, branding materials, and creative concepts.

Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication channels.

Design marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements, social media creatives, banners, and presentations.

Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from initial brief to final delivery.

Brand Management

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

Develop cohesive brand communication through effective use of typography, color, and layout.

Create and maintain brand style guides and design systems.

Collaboration & Project Management

Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.

Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.

Incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality and brand integrity.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Quality Assurance

Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy and visual excellence.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong expertise in graphic design, logo design, and branding

Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles

Experience designing for both print and digital platforms

Professional Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and creative work

Experience managing multiple projects and working in deadline-driven environments

Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Experience in advertising campaigns, photography, or video production

Knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles

Experience in illustration or 3D design is an added advantage

Understanding of social media design trends and platform requirements
