Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web work with other employees in synchronization like content writer, web developer and digital marketer. 4. Design brochures for several services, products of the organization. 5. Perform retouching and manipulation of stock images. 6. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions of the organization. 7. Research on new techniques and strategies 8. Willingness to learn new softwares if required by the organization. 9. Knowledge of Animations is a big Plus. 10.Create Daily Posters. 11.Create brochure for new Courses. 12.Edit Videos for Youtube. 13.Create short Videos for Instagram, Youtube. 14.Design Course, Internship, Workshop Certificates. 15.Design visiting cards for employees, BDMS, Directors of Company. 16.Learn Wordpress User Interface design Concepts. 17.Videos for Festivals(Animated). 18. Adobe Premiere for video editing Note: Every one Must and should login into Hubspot every day, Everyday Social Media Posts, every employee should collect 100 IT Companies list. If required Every employee should be able to give the fee receipt and share the recorded videos to the student. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic arts, designs or related field Experience: Minimum 1year in an Ed tech startup Rules & Regulations of Niralee: 3 Months Probation Period 3 Months Notice Period. 1 year bond. If you break the company bond you have to pay 30-50% in your annual CTC. In probation period, gross salary will be 18,500/- , after probation period 20,000/- & every 3 months you will get the hike.
