3. Brand Guideline Adherence

Follow company brand colors, fonts, and design standards.

Maintain consistency across all creatives.

Ensure logo placement and brand elements are used correctly.

4. Editing & Revisions

Make corrections based on feedback from seniors.

Update designs as per marketing or management suggestions.

Maintain version control of files.

5. Software Usage

Work on tools such as:

Adobe Photoshop

Illustrator

Canva

CorelDRAW (if applicable)

Learn new tools and improve design skills regularly.

6. File Management

Organize design files properly in shared folders.

Save editable and final versions separately.

Maintain naming conventions for easy access.

7. Content Collaboration

Coordinate with:

Social media team

Content writers

Marketing executives

Understand basic marketing objectives behind each creative.

8. Research & Inspiration

Explore competitor creatives.

Research trending designs and formats.

Suggest creative ideas during campaign planning.

9. Learning & Development

Observe senior designers.

Improve typography, color combination, and layout skills.

Practice new styles and concepts.
