Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, primarily focused on designing YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, a good understanding of Telugu language, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Video editing knowledge is a valuable plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement.
• Create visually appealing social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) based on trending formats and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand content themes and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all platforms.
• Work with Telugu text and typography creatively and correctly in thumbnails and creatives.
• Stay up to date with design trends, especially in YouTube and social media aesthetics.
• Organize and manage design assets, templates, and version history.
• Edit minor video clips for reels/stories if needed (basic video editing is a bonus).
• Work under tight deadlines and deliver quality output consistently.
• Optimize designs for mobile and desktop views.
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing creatives based on performance data and feedback.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Telugu language (reading & writing).
• Understanding of YouTube trends and click-worthy thumbnails.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to visualize content concepts.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team collaboration and communication skills.
• Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is an added advantage.
