Graphic Designer And Video Editor

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to produce high-quality visuals and videos that showcase our real estate properties and brand. The role involves creating marketing materials, promotional videos, and social media content to engage potential clients and enhance our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design brochures, property flyers, banners, social media creatives, and branding materials for real estate projects.
• Shoot and edit property walkthrough videos, client testimonials, and promotional reels.
• Develop 2D/3D visuals, infographics, and layouts for online and offline campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video outputs.
• Use drone footage and real estate cinematic techniques to create impactful video tours.
• Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and digital content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
• Design engaging visuals for social media, posters and presentations.
• Work on layouts, icons, image editing, and branding elements using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos and reels for digital campaigns
• Add music, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics using Premiere Pro or similar tool

Requirements

• Strong interest and working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
• Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Video Editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects – optional)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• A portfolio of previous work (if available) is a plus
