Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

CSK Homes is looking for creative and driven professionals to join our in-house team as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager. This hybrid role spans visual design, branding, and day-to-day social media execution across CSK Homes (real estate) and NutriEase (easy-to-cook, high-protein food brand).

You will be responsible not only for creating strong visual assets, but also for planning, managing, and executing social media content that builds brand presence and drives engagement. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where creativity and execution directly influence business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for digital and print marketing, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, newspaper ads, presentations, and social media creatives.
• Create static and motion graphics for social media platforms to support brand building, campaigns, and launches.
• Develop product packaging designs, labels, and product mockups for NutriEase, ensuring print accuracy and brand consistency.
• Work on logos, brand identity assets, and brand extensions for both CSK Homes and NutriEase.
• Edit and assemble short-form video content such as reels, ads, walkthrough snippets, and promotional videos.
• Support social media execution by preparing creatives, assisting with captions and content formats, and aligning assets with ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to translate campaign concepts into effective visual assets.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate files for production and publishing.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong fundamentals in graphic design, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
• Comfortable working with motion graphics or short-form video editing.
