• Initiate warm, professional conversations with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria — need, intent, and readiness to engage with our service.
• Understand customer requirements and record essential details accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain follow-up discipline and timely communication for client experience consistency.
• Represent the company’s tone — polite, informed, and purposeful — in every conversation.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve messaging and process alignment.
