Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Growth Manager to join our team. This role offers a hands-on experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and customer engagement, with a clear pathway to a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.

* Assist in running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

* Engage with potential students and working professionals to explain our courses and offerings.

* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

* Support in *post-sale services* and maintaining learner satisfaction.

* Track marketing performance and suggest improvements to achieve better ROI.

Requirements:

* Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA related fields preferred).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, or social media marketing.

* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
