Job Description

• Handling complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

• Providing excellent customer service as per the mall standards.

• Providing information regarding the mall, brands, and any other activities happening within the mall.

• Promote services and provide information about the same.

• Record all necessary data and information in the designated registers every day.

• Should be able to handle all the customers without bias and prejudice and with the right attitude.

• Coordinate with housekeeping for cleaning of washrooms and floors.

• Taking regular rounds of the mall to ensure cleanliness of common areas.

• Collecting guest feedback along with his likes and dislikes.

• Provide support to other functions as and when required.


Job Specifications

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude and an outgoing personality are essential.

• Good command of English language (written and verbal).

• Must possess strong time management skills, and active listening skills.

• Familiar with basic MS office, word, excel etc.
