About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to be the face of our luxury spa. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience — from booking to checkout — while promoting our treatments, memberships, and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries for appointments and spa information.
• Explain spa services, treatments, and offers in detail to help guests make informed choices.
• Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences.
• Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and effective problem resolution.
• Coordinate with therapists and the operations team for smooth service delivery.
• Manage front desk operations including billing and appointment schedules.
• Follow up with clients post-visit to encourage repeat bookings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Spa Management, or Business.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the spa or hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication skills (English & local language).
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Strong multitasking and sales skills.
• Knowledge of spa management or booking software preferred.
