Guest Relations Executive

PrivePlex is a premium private theater and celebrations space offering unique, theme-based experiences for birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, and special occasions. We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who can deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Guide clients in selecting and customizing celebration packages
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage bookings, schedules, and customer requirements
• Upsell add-ons such as decor, cakes, bouquets, and special arrangements
• Ensure a high-quality, memorable experience for every customer
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle multiple customers and manage time efficiently
• Basic sales and upselling skills are a plus
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred
