Guest Relations Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally.
• Handle reservations, calls, and walk-ins.
• Maintain table allocation and guest flow.
• Assist with special requests and VIP guests.
• Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service, bar, and kitchen teams.
• Maintain a clean, presentable reception area.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of reservation systems preferred.
