A Head Chef for a multi-cuisine cloud kitchen in India would be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operation, including menu development, ingredient sourcing working with the Head chef. They would also be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that all health and safety regulations are being followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new menus, recipes, and specials

Source ingredients and manage inventory

Supervise and train kitchen staff

Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Meet with customers to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the menu

Budgeting and cost management for the kitchen

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations and supply chain to ensure smooth running of the cloud kitchen
