Job Description: Head Chef – Cloud Kitchen & Nutrition

Experience: 5+ Years

Reporting to: Kitchen Operations & QC Lead 

Focus: Mediterranean, Italian, and Personalized Nutritional Meal Plans

Role Objective

We are looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead our Cloud Kitchen operations. You will be responsible for crafting premium Mediterranean-inspired dishes—including artisanal pizzas and pastas—while ensuring every meal aligns with specific health and caloric requirements. You are the final authority on taste, presentation, and nutritional integrity before a package leaves our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Engineering (Mediterranean & Italian): Design and execute a high-end menu featuring wood-fired style pizzas (healthy crusts), fresh pastas, and vibrant Mediterranean salads/entrees.

Personalized Meal Planning: Develop and manage "Goal-Based" meal plans (e.g., Weight Management, Keto, High-Protein, Diabetic-friendly) tailored to individual client health profiles.

Multi-Site Management:

Oversee kitchen workflows across sites to ensure consistency in prep, cooking, and plating.

QC & Delivery Coordination: Work directly with Rishi to maintain 100% Quality Control. Ensure packaging preserves the integrity of the food during the "Last Mile" of delivery.

Nutritional Auditing:

Calculate macros (Carbs, Proteins, Fats) and calories for all menu items to provide transparent data to our health-conscious customers.

Inventory & Costing: Monitor ingredient stock levels and food costs to maintain profitability without sacrificing ingredient quality.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in a high-volume Cloud Kitchen or a premium Mediterranean/Italian restaurant.

Cuisine Mastery: Expert knowledge of dough hydration for pizza, sauce emulsification for pasta, and Mediterranean herb/spice profiles.

Health Expertise:

A deep personal or professional interest in nutrition. Experience with "Food as Medicine" concepts or clinical nutrition is a massive plus.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using KDS (Kitchen Display Systems) and delivery platform dashboards (Swiggy/Zomato/Direct Web).

Leadership:

Ability to manage a fast-paced team where speed must never compromise the "Healthy" brand promise.
