- Food Preparation & Quality Control
- Prepare and serve authentic North Indian vegetarian cuisine with superior taste and consistency
- Ensure uniform taste, portion control, and presentation across all orders (delivery & dine-in)
- Standardize recipes and cooking methods for smooth daily operations
- Maintain high food quality even during peak delivery hours
- Raw Material & Inventory Management
- Kitchen & Operations Management Oversee complete kitchen operations for cloud kitchen
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and order flow for Swiggy, Zomato, and in-house orders
- Ensure smooth coordination between preparation, cooking, packing, and dispatch teams
