Process confirmations, increments, promotions

Manage exit formalities & full and final settlement (F&F)

Handle attendance tracking & shift management

Maintain leave records and approvals

Prepare and validate payroll inputs

Coordinate salary processing, deductions, reimbursements

Ensure compliance with:

PF (Provident Fund)

ESI (Employee State Insurance)

PT (Professional Tax)

Shops & Establishment Act

Maintain statutory records and support audits

Manage HRMS system updates

Generate reports:

Attendance

Attrition

Headcount

Payroll reports

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Manage assets (ID cards, laptops, access)

Coordinate vendors (housekeeping, security)

Ensure smooth office operations 

Implement HR policies and ensure adherence

Support process improvements and automation

Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

Maintain candidate pipeline data

Support offer rollout and joining process
