• Position: Asst Sales Manager – Health Sales / Sales Manager – Health Sales / Senior Sales Manager – Health Sales
• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Candidates Min of 2/5 yrs experience in Insurance sales with background of Agency Sales will be preferred
• Job role: Recruitment of insurance agents from the open market for selling FGII Health products
• Age: Less than 32 years
• Reporting: CDM (TL)/ BM
• Preferred Industry: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General insurance and NBFC (Willing to do health agency)
• Offer range: Asst Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager – Upto 4.50 lacs
• CTC hike will be based on the candidates existing package and company standards
• Apart from fixed CTC, monthly incentives will be eligible
