Job Summary

We are looking for a Club House Executive to manage day-to-day operations of the clubhouse in a gated community. The role involves member coordination, facility supervision, event support, and ensuring smooth functioning of clubhouse services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily clubhouse operations and ensure cleanliness & readiness
2. Coordinate with residents for bookings of amenities (hall, gym, pool, courts, etc.)
3. Maintain booking registers, usage records, and inventory
4. Support community events, meetings, and activities
5. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
6. Ensure rules, timings, and safety guidelines are followed
7. Handle resident queries and provide prompt assistance
8. Report issues to Facility Manager / Association Management
9. Prepare basic reports (daily/weekly usage, issues, incidents)

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Customer-service-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle residents professionally
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
• Presentable and disciplined personality

Education

Any Graduate / Intermediate / Diploma (preferred)
