Help Desk Executive

Score Dr is hiring a Helpdesk Executive who will also handle basic social media posting and manage customer queries and provide day-to-day support to clients and internal teams for the company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Respond to client queries in a professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal digital marketing teams
• Post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Upload posts, captions, and creatives as per schedule
• Share reports and update status to seniors
• Required SkillsGood communication skills (English & local language)
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, WhatsApp)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to post content and follow instructions
• Customer-support mindset
