Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
- Understand customer needs and close sales over the phone
- Maintain follow-ups with interested customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections
