Desired Competencies 

Must-Have

1. Strong knowledge on Design and implementation of Automation Developer Professional or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is required

2. Experience with Process Mining 

3. Designs, develops, and implements the RPA software

4. Mapping processes and Data flow

5. Modeling and developing robotic automations

6. Managing production RPA jobs

7. Producing metrics

8. Identifying and analyzing the improvements that can be made

9. Supporting users by using robots

10. Creation and maintenance of Solution documents

11. Supporting business teams in testing activities

12. Solving the problems which arise at the day to day automation and redesign accordingly

13. Testing jobs and successfully migrating them to production

14. Coming up with alternate or better practices for future development

15. Must be able to multi-task with various projects on hand

16. Communication and providing a solution to any identified and potential risks

17. Identify internal and external process dependencies

18. Should have good communication skills

19. Knowledge on AWS cloud services

20. Good understanding on Incident, Problem and change management processes
