HOLIDAY CONSULTANT

We are hiring a passionate Holiday sales Consultant to manage travel inquiries, design customized travel experiences, and convert leads into successful bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle travel inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and calls
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages
• Explain itineraries, pricing, and inclusions clearly to clients
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
• Communicate professionally via calls, messages, and emails
• Promote group tours, weekend getaways, and international trips
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution
• Track daily sales performance and maintain reports
• Research travel trends and competitor packages
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
