Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Home Loan Sales Manager with hands-on experience in home loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing relationships with customers and channel partners, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Home Loan Sales

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Generate home loan business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners

Handle end-to-end home loan sales process from lead generation to disbursement

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and DSAs

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan products

Ensure timely documentation, login, and coordination with credit and operations teams

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay updated with home loan products, policies, and market trends

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan Sales

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
