Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Home Room Teachers (HRT) for Pre-Primary and Primary grades who are passionate about nurturing young learners and creating a positive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the classroom effectively while ensuring students' academic and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging classroom lessons.

Handle multiple subjects for the assigned class (for primary grades).

Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.

Track and monitor student academic progress.

Maintain student records, assessments, and reports.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.

Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.

Eligibility

For Primary HRT (Grades 1–5)

Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed / D.El.Ed

2–5 years teaching experience preferred

For Pre-Primary HRT (Nursery / LKG / UKG)

Diploma/Degree in NTT / Montessori / ECCE

1–3 years experience in early childhood education

Skills Required

Strong classroom management

Good communication skills

Passion for teaching young learners

Creative and activity-based teaching approach
