Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Executive to grow our presence in the HORECA segment. The role involves developing business through distributors, dealers, and food service partners including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, QSRs, and institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales through distributors, dealers, and HORECA partners.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners and customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Drive product placements and sales growth across assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular market feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HORECA and food service distribution network.
• Good relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in field-oriented sales role.
• Experience in food products / ready-to-cook segment is an advantage.
• Existing HORECA / distributor network preferred.
