🚍 Job Opening: Hospitality Executive / Captain

📍 Primary Location in Hyderabad: Boarding Point Miyapur

🔹 Position Details

Type: Full-time, Night Shifts

Departures: Daily between 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Return: Next day morning,

Total round trip: 10–12 hours

Example: Log in at 10:00 PM from Miyapur. Travel roughly 300 km (about 5–6 hours) toward the neighboring state. At a midpoint, board a bus coming from the opposite direction and return, arriving around 10:00–11:00 AM the next morning.

Typical pattern: ~6 hours up journey in the night and ~6 hours return the next morning.

🔹 Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹17,000/month

Experienced (6 months – 5 years): ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Bonus of 12000 paid in 3 instalments 1) after completing 2nd month 4000/- and 4th month 4000, 6th month 4000/-

Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹12,000/month (ticket sales, feedback, reviews, spot bookings)

Perks: Insurance, Free Dinner, multiple incentive opportunities

Toilets available within the bus and Cleaning Staff to clean the toilets and to ahndle passenger luggage, 2 Drivers available in the bus.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Make sure passengers are feeling comfortable in the Bus Journey, if any doubts clarify their concerns/doubts.

Manage spot bookings & promote return journey tickets with discounts ( Incentives Paid )

Collect passenger feedback, ratings & reviews ( incentives paid )

Ensure passenger comfort, Provide Wi-Fi, GPS, internet, water bottles in the journey to passengers)

Coordinate with drivers, cleaning staff & support team

Oversee passenger safety and journey experience

Travel long distances daily (12–14 hrs round trip)

🔹 Requirements

Age: 19–33 years (Male candidates only)

Education: Minimum 10th / Diploma / Intermediate / Degree

Languages: Fluent Telugu + Good English

Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, convincing skills

Eligibility: Must reside within city limits & within 10 km of boarding point OR willing to relocate nearby

Availability: Flexible to work nights, weekends & holidays
