Hostel Warden / Resident Manager

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and people-oriented Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of our premium women’s PG.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Front Desk & Admissions

• Handle daily incoming calls and inquiries
• Conduct property show-arounds
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

👩‍💼 Staff Management

• Manage staff attendance and discipline
• Plan schedules and assign daily tasks
• Monitor staff performance and productivity

🏠 Resident & Facility Management

• Address resident issues and ensure quick resolution
• Oversee kitchen operations and food quality
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms, dining, common areas, and facilities

📊 Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management
• Track occupancy, issues, and operational updates

✅ Requirements

• Prior experience in hostel / PG / hotel / residential management preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
• Basic computer and reporting skills
