We are seeking an experienced and well-presented Restaurant Hostess who can manage guest reception, reservations, and seating operations efficiently while ensuring a premium customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities1. Guest Experience ManagementGreet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Escort guests to tables and ensure comfort throughout the waiting period
• Handle guest queries, preferences, and special requests efficiently
• Manage guest complaints and escalate when required
• 2. Reservation & Seating ControlManage reservations via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Maintain accurate waiting lists and ensure fair table rotation
• Optimize table allocation to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Coordinate with captains and managers for smooth seating flow
• 3. Operational CoordinationCommunicate effectively with service staff and kitchen for table readiness
• Ensure proper coordination during peak hours and high-volume service
• Maintain updated knowledge of menu, promotions, and offers
• 4. Front Desk ManagementHandle incoming calls and booking inquiries professionally
• Maintain reservation logs and guest database
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• 5. Service Standards & ComplianceFollow company SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and guest handling
• Support management in maintaining brand image and service quality

• Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 2–4 years as a Hostess / Receptionist in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setup (mandatory)
• Experience in reputed outlets / fine dining / pubs preferred
• Reporting ToRestaurant Manager / Floor Manager
