Hotel / General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a new, innovative residential villa project designed for regular business travelers in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the villa property.
• Supervise teams for housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Implement systems and procedures for smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or time-share resorts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to set up and manage hospitality operations independently.
