Hotel Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive Hotel Sales Executive / City Supply Manager to onboard 3–5 star hotels in Hyderabad and strengthen our city supply network. This is a field-driven, relationship-focused role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and hotel partnership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hotel Onboarding & Partner Acquisition

• Identify, approach, and onboard new hotel partners (3–5 star properties).

• Conduct regular field visits, property walkthroughs, and decision-maker meetings.

• Present partnership proposals and finalize agreements.

• Documentation & Coordination

• Ensure end-to-end completion of onboarding documentation.

• Coordinate with central operations, supply, and pricing teams for smooth onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of hotel data, contracts, and documents.

• Relationship Management

• Build long-term professional relationships with hotel GMs, Sales Managers, and Revenue Managers.

• Resolve partner queries and ensure seamless collaboration after onboarding.

• Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain daily onboarding reports, field visit logs, and pipeline updates.

• Track onboarding progress and ensure targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, business development, field onboarding, or hospitality partnerships.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Experience dealing with hotels like Lemon Tree, Sarovar, Ginger, FabHotels, Treebo, OYO, Holiday Inn, etc., will be a strong advantage.

• Must be comfortable with extensive field work and travel within city.

• Ability to interact with hotel decision-makers and close partnerships effectively.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong in relationship-building.
