### **Role**

Lead housekeeping operations across our service apartments, ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Manage Teams:** Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff.

- **Quality Assurance:** Conduct daily inspections of apartments/common areas; enforce strict hygiene standards.

- **Inventory Control:** Oversee linen, supplies, and equipment; optimize costs.

- **Guest Experience:** Ensure timely apartment readiness, resolve issues, and personalize long-stay services.

- **Compliance:** Implement safety, sanitation, and brand protocols.

### **Requirements**

- ★ **3+ years housekeeping management** (hotels/serviced apartments preferred).

- ★ Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multi-location teams.

- ★ Expertise in inventory, cost control, and quality systems.

- ★ Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality (advantage).
