Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment within our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and office spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Ensure all surfaces, including tables, counters, and equipment, are clean and disinfected regularly.
• Maintenance:
• Monitor and report any necessary repairs or replacements of equipment, fixtures, or furniture.
• Keep storage areas and cleaning closets organized and stocked with supplies.
• Waste Management:
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Separate and recycle appropriate materials.
• Customer Areas:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer areas, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment.
• Clean windows, doors, mirrors and washroom to ensure they are free from smudges and streaks.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
• Follow procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical condition and strength to handle lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
