Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual methods.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure kitchen and dining areas are stocked with necessary supplies, including utensils, napkins, and cleaning products.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
- Assist with other tasks
