Job Description

  • Cleaning floors, carpets, and surfaces through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. 2
  • Making beds, changing linens, and ensuring guest rooms or workspaces are orderly. 2
  • Sanitizing bathrooms, restocking supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items in hotels. 2
  • Emptying trash receptacles, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens. 2
  • Using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, and reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards. 2
  • Assisting in maintaining common areas, offices, and building exteriors to ensure cleanliness and safety. 2
  • Providing courteous customer service and responding to guest or resident needs.
