Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
• Allocate duties and work schedules to housekeeping staff
• Ensure cleanliness standards are meeting rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas
• Conduct regular inspections and take corrective actions
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety norms
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals and tools
• Handle guest/client complaints related to housekeeping and resolve promptly
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and performance of staff
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Coordinate with Client maintenance and administration teams

Skills & Competencies

• Housekeeping Staff handling skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning chemicals
• Basic computer knowledge (reports, attendance, inventory)
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Any graduate
• Certification in Housekeeping or Facility Management is an advantage 

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts
• May require standing for long hours
• Indoor and outdoor supervision.
