Job Summary

D A Landscape is seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce planning for our government landscape and beautification projects. The ideal candidate must have experience in construction or infrastructure companies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (site engineers, supervisors, accountants, site workers, project managers, etc.)

• Post jobs on Indeed, Apna, Naukri & other portals

• Conduct interviews & shortlist candidates

• Maintain employee database

2️⃣ Employee Management

• Attendance monitoring (office & site staff)

• Leave management & payroll coordination

• Employee grievance handling

• Performance tracking

3️⃣ Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain employee records & contracts

• PF, ESIC, Labour Law compliance

• Coordinate documentation for Government tenders

• Maintain contractor & labour compliance files

4️⃣ HR Policies & Culture

• Develop HR policies

• Ensure discipline at project sites

• Conduct employee engagement activities

• Maintain professional work culture

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA (HR preferred)

• 2–5 years experience in construction / government contracting company

• Knowledge of Labour Law, PF, ESIC

• Strong communication & documentation skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office & HR software

• Experience handling site workforce (50–200 labour staff)

• Knowledge of tender documentation process

• Strong negotiation & conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work under deadlines
