Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Account specialist. The HR Account specialist will be responsible for managing accounts,Tally, Excel,GST,TDS, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing general HR functions. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.


Qualifications


• Experience in managing HR policies and personnel management

• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation packages

• Ability to conduct research to stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex HR issues

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Professional certification in HR management is a plus
